Don't go!!!!! I'am having to have work redone and 4 fillings missed by the dentist in charge. private cost to sort out the poor work 375. How can a dentist miss 4 teeth that need repairing? Check up takes 5 mins and doesn't really look but takes the money. The only good thing is the receptionist is spot on!
I have been with this dentist practice forever never had a problem until the regular dentist retired..... got a new lady in and by God she's a butcher..... I've heard several stories of her making grown men cry, I am now scared to go to the dentist because of her which has never been a problem before in my life ( I'm 33) I'm not sure how she has still got a licence. I'd rather pull my own teeth out than go back to that practice while she is still running it. Avoid at all costs. Plus average waiting time (from personal experience last 3 times we went before stopping) we waited 50 minutes too be seen. This lady had totally ruined the reputation of this dental practice such a shame.
I couldn't join as not accepting nhs patients but this was the only dentist in the whole of Grimsby area who gave me the number for NHS choices when I was desperate to find a Dentist that accepts NHS patients. Good reception skills. Thank you
